Fudgy Red Velvet Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate bar, chopped
03 - 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
07 - 1/2 tablespoon red gel food coloring

→ Dry Ingredients

08 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
09 - 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Optional Topping

11 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Microwave butter and chopped chocolate in 30-second increments until melted, stirring between each.
03 - Stir in sugar, then eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, vinegar, and food coloring.
04 - Sift together cocoa, flour, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients just until combined.
05 - Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes out with few moist crumbs.
06 - Cool completely. Optional: drizzle with melted white chocolate. Cut into squares.
