Salted Caramel White Russian (Print-Friendly Version)

Indulgent caramel vodka, coffee liqueur, and cream blend with a hint of salt for an elegant, festive cocktail.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Cocktail Base

01 - 60 ml caramel vodka
02 - 60 ml coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
03 - 60 ml heavy cream or half-and-half
04 - Ice cubes, as needed

→ Garnish (optional)

05 - Coarse sea salt, for glass rim
06 - Caramel sauce, for glass rim
07 - Fresh rosemary sprig
08 - Cinnamon stick
09 - Whole star anise

# How to Make It:

01 - Spread caramel sauce onto a plate. Dip the rim of a short glass into the sauce.
02 - Place coarse sea salt on a separate plate. Gently dip the caramel-coated rim into the salt to create a salted edge.
03 - Pour caramel vodka and coffee liqueur into the prepared glass. Stir until well combined.
04 - Fill the glass with ice cubes according to preference.
05 - Using the back of a cocktail spoon, carefully pour heavy cream or half-and-half over the spoon just above the ice to float the cream on top.
06 - Garnish with a rosemary sprig, cinnamon stick, and a whole star anise if desired. Stir before enjoying.

# Extra Information:

01 - For a striking layered effect, slowly pour the cream over a spoon to prevent mixing with the spirits.
