# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Vegetables

02 - 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Cheese

04 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
05 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Toppings

11 - 1 cup breadcrumbs

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
04 - Stir in the cooked spinach and shrimp into the cheese mixture until well combined.
05 - Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
06 - Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
07 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
