Crispy nachos topped with savory ground beef, salsa, and melted cheddar for a crowd-pleasing treat.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 2 packets (28 grams each) mild taco seasoning
03 - 120 millilitres mild salsa
04 - 110–165 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - Tortilla chips, as needed

→ Toppings

06 - Assorted toppings of choice (e.g., sliced jalapeños, diced tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, chopped coriander)

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, following both taco seasoning packet directions for enhanced flavour.
02 - Add mild salsa to the seasoned beef and stir until fully combined, allowing the mixture to simmer for several minutes over medium heat.
03 - Evenly distribute shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and salsa mixture, then reduce heat to medium-low.
04 - Cover the skillet with a lid and allow cheese to melt thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes. Remove lid once cheese is fully melted.
05 - Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on a serving platter. Spoon the warm beef and cheese mixture over the chips, garnish with preferred toppings, and serve immediately.

# Extra Information:

01 - For best results, use freshly shredded cheese as it melts more evenly than pre-shredded varieties.
