01 -
Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into 2 cm cubes.
02 -
Toss cubed potatoes in olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
03 -
Arrange seasoned potatoes in the basket of an air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 20 minutes, shaking the basket several times throughout to ensure even browning.
04 -
While potatoes cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Sauté until beef is well-browned and onion is translucent.
05 -
Stir in salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, and minced garlic. Continue cooking for 1 minute until aromatic.
06 -
Add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce to the beef mixture. Stir to combine, reduce heat to low, and simmer while potatoes finish cooking.
07 -
Add the air-fried potatoes to the skillet and gently fold them into the Sloppy Joe mixture.
08 -
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the surface. Place skillet under a preheated oven broiler for 1–2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
