# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 1 onion, diced
05 - 1/4 cup ketchup
06 - 1 tbsp garlic, crushed
07 - 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil
09 - 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
10 - 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
11 - 1 tbsp mustard
12 - 1 tsp paprika
13 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
14 - 1/2 tsp salt
15 - 1 tsp onion powder

# Steps:

01 - Follow the package instructions to bake the frozen tater tots until they're crispy and golden brown.
02 - Warm up the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet that can go in the oven. Toss in the onion and ground beef, and cook for 6-8 minutes. Break up the beef as you go until it's browned.
03 - Add the garlic, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and paprika to the beef. Stir it around for about a minute to release the flavors.
04 - Pour in the tomato sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Let the mixture simmer gently for around 5 minutes to become flavorful.
05 - Spread the baked tater tots evenly over the beef mix in the skillet.
06 - Scatter the cheddar cheese over the tater tots. Put it under the broiler for about 1-2 minutes, just until the cheese bubbles and melts.
