S'mores Fantasy Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

→ Filling

04 - 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 3 large eggs
08 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

→ Topping

09 - 2 cups mini marshmallows
10 - 1/4 cup chocolate sauce, for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 9-inch springform pan.
02 - Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into bottom and sides of pan.
03 - Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Fold in chocolate chips.
04 - Pour filling over crust. Bake 55-60 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly.
05 - Sprinkle marshmallows on top, return to oven 5 minutes until golden. Cool completely, then chill 4+ hours.
06 - Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can use dark chocolate for richer flavor
02 - Best chilled overnight
03 - Can add crushed graham crackers on top
