# Ingredients:

01 - 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
03 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
04 - Salt to taste
05 - Black pepper to taste
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 6 tablespoons butter
09 - ½ yellow onion, diced
10 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
11 - ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
12 - 4 cups chicken broth
13 - 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Season chicken breasts with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, then remove from skillet.
02 - Reduce heat to low and add butter. Once melted, add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Stir in all-purpose flour to form a roux and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
03 - Add chicken broth and chicken bouillon powder to the skillet. Stir until smooth and thickened while cooking on medium heat.
04 - Return chicken breasts to the skillet. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.
05 - Remove chicken from skillet and shred using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the skillet and combine with gravy. Serve immediately.
