14 - 6 crusty white rolls

16 - 30g grated parmesan
17 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
18 - 3 garlic cloves, made into paste

→ Additional

19 - 200g dried spaghetti
20 - 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté onion until golden, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
02 - Add ground beef and brown thoroughly, breaking up with a spoon. Stir in tomato purée and cook 1 minute.
03 - Pour in red wine and allow to reduce for 2 minutes. Add tomato passata, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes until sauce is thick. Stir in grated parmesan.
04 - Preheat oven to 180°C. Slice tops off rolls and hollow out centres. Mix melted butter with garlic paste, parsley, and grated parmesan. Generously brush inside and outside of rolls with butter mixture.
05 - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain and transfer directly to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
06 - Fill bread bowls with pasta mixture, ensuring meat sauce tops each portion. Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella.
07 - Place filled bread bowls on a baking tray. Bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until rolls are crisp and cheese is fully melted. For a golden finish, broil briefly if desired. Serve immediately.

# Extra Information:

01 - Allow the bread bowls to sit for a few minutes after baking to slightly firm up and make serving easier.
02 - Avoid overfilling the bread to prevent excessive moisture and sogginess at the base.
