Throw the raspberries into a blender and blend them until they're totally smooth.

Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the raspberry purée into a pitcher to filter out seeds and pulp; toss the solids.

In the pitcher, mix in the lemon juice along with the chilled sparkling water. Give it a good stir until it’s well blended.

Mix in the sugar until it’s completely dissolved. Adjust based on your flavor preference if necessary.
