Easy Spicy Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1.2 kg chicken wings

→ Seasonings

02 - 1 tablespoon paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
04 - 1 teaspoon ginger
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce
07 - Salt to taste
08 - 1.5 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 1/2 teaspoon bouillon powder (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, ginger, sriracha, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.
02 - Wash wings and pat dry with paper towels. Mix with marinade until well coated. Marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
03 - Arrange on lined baking tray. Bake at 175°C for 10 minutes, then increase to 200°C for 15 minutes or until done.
04 - Arrange in air fryer basket in single layer. Air fry at 180°C for 25 minutes or until done.
05 - Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
