Mix paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, ginger, sriracha, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.

Wash wings and pat dry with paper towels. Mix with marinade until well coated. Marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Arrange on lined baking tray. Bake at 175°C for 10 minutes, then increase to 200°C for 15 minutes or until done.

Arrange in air fryer basket in single layer. Air fry at 180°C for 25 minutes or until done.
