08 - 60 millilitres brandy

# How to Make It:

01 - Place apple cider, cranberries, ground cloves, allspice berries, star anise, cinnamon sticks, and orange slices into a medium saucepan.
02 - Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to the lowest heat setting as soon as it reaches a boil.
03 - Cover saucepan and simmer on low heat for 60 minutes, stirring gently every 20 minutes.
04 - Remove pan from heat and stir in the brandy.
05 - Ladle hot cider into mugs and serve immediately.
