Tasty turkey, cheddar, bacon, and spinach come together in a toasted sandwich.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Sandwich Components

01 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard
02 - 4 slices deli turkey breast
03 - 4 slices sourdough or other thick crusty bread
04 - 2 slices white cheddar cheese
05 - 4 strips cooked bacon
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
07 - 50 grams fresh baby spinach leaves
08 - 1 medium red tomato, thinly sliced

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut each cheddar slice in half so you have four pieces. Put one half-slice of cheese on each bread piece. On two of the cheese-covered slices, add two turkey slices each.
02 - Lay all the sourdough pieces flat. Spread ½ tablespoon of honey mustard on the top of every slice of bread evenly.
03 - Heat a large skillet to medium. Add the sandwiches to the skillet. Toast one side for 3 to 4 minutes, then carefully flip them to toast the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes until the bread's golden and the cheese has melted.
04 - Spread ½ tablespoon of softened butter on the outer sides of each slice of bread, covering all surfaces well.
05 - Evenly layer tomato slices and 25 grams of baby spinach on each slice of bread that has turkey on it.
06 - Put two strips of bacon on top of the remaining cheese-covered bread. Close up the sandwiches, with the bacon looking down onto the vegetable-topped ones, cheese facing inward.
07 - Move the sandwiches to plates and dig in right away while they're hot.

# Extra Information:

01 - For the best flavor and texture, choose freshly sliced cheese from a store's cheese section or slice your own from a quality block.
