Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps (Print Version)

Bite-sized, golden cheese crisps with spinach—warm, melty centers and crispy edges, ideal for quick, savory snacking.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry)
02 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - ½ cup parmesan cheese
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
08 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
02 - If using fresh spinach, chop it finely. For frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out as much water as possible to prevent sogginess.
03 - In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the chopped spinach and mix until everything is well incorporated.
04 - Lightly brush the lined baking sheet with olive oil. Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon.
05 - Bake for 14–16 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp and the centers look set. Rotate the tray halfway through for even browning.
06 - Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. They’ll firm up as they cool. Then gently lift them with a spatula and serve warm or at room temperature.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Ensure spinach is well-drained to avoid soggy crisps.
