Cake Mix Cool Whip Cookies (Print Version)

These soft cookies combine cake mix and whipped topping for a chewy, strawberry-packed treat.

# Ingredients:

01 - Strawberry cake mix for a 9x13-inch cake
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1 ½ cups whipped topping
04 - ¼ cup powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and whipped topping until smooth.
02 - Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
04 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
05 - Form 1 to 1 ½ inch balls of dough.
06 - Roll each ball of dough in powdered sugar and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. They may appear slightly soft in the middle, but be sure not to overbake them.

01 - For best results, do not overbake as the cookies will continue to set slightly after removal from the oven.
