Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cinnamon Roll Dough

01 - Store-bought or homemade cinnamon roll dough

→ Cheesecake Filling

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
04 - 2 tablespoons sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Frosting

06 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened
08 - 1 cup powdered sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the cinnamon roll dough according to the package instructions or use your favorite homemade recipe.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, diced fresh strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
03 - Roll the prepared dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
04 - Spread the strawberry cheesecake filling evenly over the rolled-out dough, covering it from edge to edge.
05 - Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from one of the longer edges. Slice the log into individual rolls, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick.
06 - Place the sliced rolls into a greased baking dish. Bake according to the cinnamon roll dough instructions, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through (usually about 25-30 minutes at 350°F/175°C).
07 - While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
08 - Once the rolls are done baking, generously frost them with the cream cheese icing while still warm. Serve and enjoy!

# Notes:

02 - Can substitute strawberries with raspberries or blueberries
03 - For an even more indulgent version, drizzle melted white chocolate over frosted rolls
04 - Can be made ahead and refrigerated unbaked overnight
