Creamy strawberry Cool Whip—perfect for topping cupcakes, cakes, or frozen drinks. Fluffy, sweet, and easy to make.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Base mixture

01 - 1 package (85 g) strawberry gelatin powder
02 - 3 tablespoons (24 g) powdered sugar
03 - 60 ml whole milk
04 - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract

→ Aerated topping

05 - 2 tubs (227 g each) Cool Whip, fully thawed

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberry gelatin powder, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat with a handheld or stand mixer on medium-high speed for 90 seconds until the mixture slightly thickens.
02 - Refrigerate the gelatin mixture for 1 hour to set and develop a thick glaze-like consistency.
03 - Remove the chilled mixture from the refrigerator. Beat in one tub of Cool Whip until nearly incorporated. Add the second tub and continue beating until the topping becomes homogeneous and stiff peaks form.
04 - Use immediately or cover and refrigerate until needed. For optimal piping texture, chill for at least 1 additional hour before use.
05 - Store any leftover topping in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
