Sweet Homemade Pineapple Pie (Print Version)

Tender crust with luscious pineapple filling, finished in 35 minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 oz canned pineapple or 2 1/4 cups
02 - 1/2 cup sugar, unrefined or erythritol
03 - 1/4 tsp salt
04 - 4 tbsp cornstarch
05 - 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
06 - 8 oz cream cheese (optional)
07 - 9 inch pie crust of choice

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 F.
02 - Stir all pie filling ingredients together until well combined.
03 - Smooth the prepared filling into a 9-inch pie crust.
04 - Bake on the center rack for 35 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
