Set the oven to 175°C. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin pan and arrange wonton wrappers inside. Bake them for about 5 minutes until they’re crisp, then take them out and set aside.

In a medium sauté pan, heat up vegetable oil over medium-low. Toss in the ground beef or turkey and cook it, breaking it apart until it’s fully browned. Stir in the taco seasoning well, then take it off the heat.

Evenly distribute the cooked meat into the baked wonton cups. On top, add shredded Mexican cheese, followed by shredded lettuce, a scoop of guacamole, salsa, and a spoonful of sour cream. Enjoy right away!
