Taco Salad Cups (Print-Friendly Version)

01 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
02 - 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
03 - 1/3 cup ground turkey or beef
04 - 12 wonton wrappers

05 - 1 cup finely shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
06 - 1/2 cup guacamole
07 - 1/2 cup salsa
08 - Cooking spray
09 - 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
10 - 1/4 cup sour cream

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin pan and arrange wonton wrappers inside. Bake them for about 5 minutes until they’re crisp, then take them out and set aside.
02 - In a medium sauté pan, heat up vegetable oil over medium-low. Toss in the ground beef or turkey and cook it, breaking it apart until it’s fully browned. Stir in the taco seasoning well, then take it off the heat.
03 - Evenly distribute the cooked meat into the baked wonton cups. On top, add shredded Mexican cheese, followed by shredded lettuce, a scoop of guacamole, salsa, and a spoonful of sour cream. Enjoy right away!
