Mix up balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss in chicken breasts and make sure they're completely covered. Wrap and stick in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, but an hour works better.

Get your grill or stovetop grill pan nice and hot at medium-high heat.

Take chicken out of the marinade, let extra liquid drip off. Keep the marinade around for later.

Put chicken on the grill for about 6-7 minutes each side, until it hits 75°C inside.

While chicken's cooking, pour that saved marinade into a small pot. Throw in your sliced strawberries and let it bubble on medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, giving it a stir now and then, until it gets thicker and the berries get soft.

Put your grilled chicken on a plate. Pour the strawberry-balsamic mix over the top and sprinkle with fresh basil.
