Tangy Strawberry Chicken (Print-Friendly Version)

Tender chicken meets ripe strawberries and tangy balsamic for a bright, flavorful dinner option.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Key Elements

01 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
02 - 1 cup (150 g) sliced, hulled strawberries
03 - 120 ml balsamic vinegar
04 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
05 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder
07 - Salt, as needed
08 - Black pepper, as needed
09 - Basil leaves, fresh for topping

# How to Make It:

01 - Mix up balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss in chicken breasts and make sure they're completely covered. Wrap and stick in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, but an hour works better.
02 - Get your grill or stovetop grill pan nice and hot at medium-high heat.
03 - Take chicken out of the marinade, let extra liquid drip off. Keep the marinade around for later.
04 - Put chicken on the grill for about 6-7 minutes each side, until it hits 75°C inside.
05 - While chicken's cooking, pour that saved marinade into a small pot. Throw in your sliced strawberries and let it bubble on medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, giving it a stir now and then, until it gets thicker and the berries get soft.
06 - Put your grilled chicken on a plate. Pour the strawberry-balsamic mix over the top and sprinkle with fresh basil.

# Extra Information:

01 - To make it look fancy, set chicken on a big plate, pour plenty of sauce on top, and scatter some extra fresh strawberries and basil around for a nice look.
