Preheat the oven as directed on the brownie mix packaging for a 23 x 23 centimetre pan. Coat the pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Prepare the brownie batter using the box mix and the indicated amounts of eggs, oil, and water. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for combining ingredients.

Crush approximately 10 Toffee Oreo biscuits and gently fold the pieces into the brownie batter until evenly distributed.

Transfer batter to the prepared pan, smoothing the surface evenly. Randomly place 3 to 4 whole Toffee Oreo biscuits atop the batter. Break several additional Oreos and press the pieces into remaining exposed areas on the surface.

Bake for the amount of time recommended on the brownie mix packaging for a 23 x 23 centimetre pan, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with moist crumbs.
