# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tubes crescent rolls
02 - 4 oz vegan cream cheese
03 - 1/4 cup sugar or xylitol
04 - 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
05 - 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
06 - 1/2 cup cherry pie filling (homemade or store-bought)
07 - 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or agave

# Steps:

01 - Blend together vegan cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Use a food processor or beaters for best results.
02 - If using homemade pie filling, prepare it now.
03 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
04 - Open the crescent roll containers and slice dough widthwise into 12 equal sections. Press wells into the centers of each section, ensuring they are deep enough for the filling.
05 - Brush each roll with maple syrup or agave. Fill each well with approximately 1 tablespoon of cream cheese filling and top with a few teaspoons of cherry pie filling.
06 - Place Danish on a lined or greased baking tray and bake for 18 minutes, or until lightly golden.
07 - Let the Danish cool, then drizzle remaining cream cheese filling on top before serving. Enjoy as a breakfast or dessert.
