Rich Wagyu slices and shrimp in a creamy parmesan sauce served over pasta to elevate your meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Beef

01 - 2 tsp salt
02 - 4 garlic cloves, smashed
03 - 2 Wagyu beef sirloin steaks (8 oz each)
04 - 100 g butter
05 - 4 fresh thyme sprigs
06 - 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ Seafood

07 - 450 g large raw prawns, peeled and deveined

→ Sauce

08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1 tsp red chili flakes
10 - 150 ml heavy cream
11 - 1 large onion, chopped up
12 - 50 g grated parmesan cheese

→ Pasta

13 - 150 g spaghetti noodles

→ Garnish

14 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Steps:

01 - Let the Wagyu warm up to room temperature. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
02 - Warm a cast iron skillet until super hot. Place the steaks in and cook each side for 2 minutes.
03 - Add thyme, butter, and smashed garlic into the pan. Spoon the melted butter over the steaks as they cook 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
04 - Set the steaks aside, cover loosely with foil, and leave them alone for about 10 minutes.
05 - In the same pan, sear the prawns for around 2–3 minutes per side. Pull them out once they turn bright pink.
06 - In the same skillet, cook chopped onion. Stir in minced garlic, heavy cream, chili flakes, and parmesan. Mix until the sauce looks creamy.
07 - Boil the spaghetti as the box says. Toss it into the sauce along with the cooked prawns.
08 - Layer the spaghetti on plates, top with steak slices, and sprinkle chopped parsley over it.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - A hot skillet gives the steaks a great crust and locks in flavor.
02 - Letting the steaks rest keeps them juicy when you slice into them.
