# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 soft taco shells
02 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
03 - 1/4 cup burger sauce or mayonnaise
04 - 1/4 cup diced pickles
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 lb cooked bacon, crumbled
07 - 1 lb ground beef

# Steps:

01 - Toss the ground beef into a heated pan on medium heat. Stir occasionally, breaking apart the chunks, and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Pour off any leftover fat and leave the beef to cool slightly.
02 - Heat up your taco shells following the directions on the package. Lay them out and layer each with beef, bacon bits, cheese, lettuce, and a sprinkle of pickles.
03 - Drizzle a little burger sauce or mayo over the top of each one. Serve while the shells are still warm, and dig in!

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Kick up the heat by adding jalapeños or a spicy ketchup drizzle.
02 - Swap cheddar for pepper jack or mozzarella if you're feeling adventurous.
03 - You can add extras like diced tomatoes, avocado, or chopped onions to make it your own.
04 - Store unassembled leftovers in sealed containers in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat the beef before making fresh tacos next time.
