# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 tortillas, soft and ready to fill
02 - 1/4 cup mayo or your favorite burger spread
03 - 1/4 cup pickles, diced small
04 - 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded into thin strips
05 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 1/2 lb crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
07 - 1 lb beef, ground and raw

# Steps:

01 - Toss the ground beef in a heated pan on medium heat. Stir as it cooks, breaking it up into tiny bits, until browned. Pour off any fat left behind, then set the beef aside.
02 - Heat up the tortillas just like the packaging says. Start layering each one with beef, bacon bits, some cheese, lettuce, and a handful of diced pickles.
03 - Splash some mayo or burger sauce over the top of each taco. Serve while it's still hot and dig in right away!

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Spice it up with some jalapeños or kick it up a notch with spicy ketchup.
02 - Switch out cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack if you're feeling adventurous.
03 - Mix in extras like avocado chunks, diced onions, or sweet tomatoes for variety.
04 - Keep ingredients separate in sealed containers in the fridge for three days max. Reheat beef before making more tacos fresh.
