# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 lb chicken breasts or chicken tenders, cut into strips

→ Breading

02 - 2 large eggs, beaten
03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Coating

10 - Olive oil spray

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch wide strips if not using tenders. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Beat eggs in one bowl. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and all seasonings.
03 - Dip each strip in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture. For extra crunch, repeat the process for double coating.
04 - Line baking sheet with parchment paper. If available, place wire rack on top. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
05 - Arrange chicken on pan with space between pieces. Spray with olive oil. Bake 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
06 - Let rest a few minutes. Serve with dipping sauces like honey mustard, BBQ sauce, or ranch.
