Banana Pudding Rice Krispies (Print Version)

No-bake layers of banana pudding, Rice Krispies, and whipped cream for an irresistible summer dessert.

# Ingredients:

→ Rice Krispies Base

01 - 3 tbsp butter
02 - 300g mini marshmallows
03 - 180g Rice Krispies cereal

→ Banana Pudding Layer

04 - 1 package instant banana pudding mix
05 - 480ml cold milk
06 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced

→ Topping

07 - 240ml whipped cream
08 - Honey, for drizzling

# Steps:

01 - Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated. Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan, forming an even layer. Cool completely.
02 - In a bowl, whisk instant banana pudding mix with cold milk until thick and smooth. Let sit for a few minutes to set. Spread the pudding evenly over the cooled Rice Krispies base.
03 - Peel and thinly slice ripe bananas. Arrange slices on top of the pudding layer, covering most of the surface.
04 - Spread whipped cream generously over the banana slices. Use store-bought whipped cream or prepare homemade whipped cream for richer flavor.
05 - Just before serving, drizzle honey across the top. Slice into squares and serve chilled. Optional: Garnish with crushed vanilla wafers, cinnamon, or chocolate shavings.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Lightly dampen hands with water when pressing the Rice Krispies mixture to prevent sticking.
02 - For extra banana flavor, fold mashed banana slices into the pudding layer.
