Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated. Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan, forming an even layer. Cool completely.

In a bowl, whisk instant banana pudding mix with cold milk until thick and smooth. Let sit for a few minutes to set. Spread the pudding evenly over the cooled Rice Krispies base.

Peel and thinly slice ripe bananas. Arrange slices on top of the pudding layer, covering most of the surface.

Spread whipped cream generously over the banana slices. Use store-bought whipped cream or prepare homemade whipped cream for richer flavor.

Just before serving, drizzle honey across the top. Slice into squares and serve chilled. Optional: Garnish with crushed vanilla wafers, cinnamon, or chocolate shavings.
