Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in large bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, stir until dough forms. Knead 5 minutes until smooth.

Let dough rest for 10 minutes.

Roll dough into 14x9 inch rectangle on floured surface.

Spread BBQ sauce, leaving border. Top with chicken, cheese, and onion if using.

Roll dough tightly from long end. Cut into 12 equal pieces.

Place rolls in greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
