Homemade pizza rolls filled with BBQ chicken, melted cheese, and onions. Made with fresh dough and baked until golden. Perfect for parties or weeknight dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting.
02 - 1 tablespoon sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 packet instant yeast (2¼ teaspoons).
05 - ¾ cup warm water.
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
07 - 1 cup BBQ sauce, plus more for serving.
08 - 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken.
09 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
10 - ½ cup diced red onion (optional).

# Steps:

01 - Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in large bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, stir until dough forms. Knead 5 minutes until smooth.
02 - Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
03 - Roll dough into 14x9 inch rectangle on floured surface.
04 - Spread BBQ sauce, leaving border. Top with chicken, cheese, and onion if using.
05 - Roll dough tightly from long end. Cut into 12 equal pieces.
06 - Place rolls in greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
07 - Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce.
