# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz cooked and shredded chicken
02 - 5-6 flour tortillas
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
05 - 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
06 - 1/4 cup diced green onions
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Using a stand mixer or a mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer, cream the cream cheese with the ranch dressing and buffalo sauce.
02 - Add diced green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked shredded chicken to the bowl and mix until well combined.
03 - Spread the prepared mixture evenly onto each flour tortilla, then roll tightly to seal.
04 - Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill for 1-2 hours.
05 - Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into pinwheels.
