Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly coat a 23 x 33 cm baking pan with non-stick spray.

Combine flour, brown sugar, and softened butter in a bowl. Mix with a fork until crumbly.

Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.

Remove the pan from the oven. Distribute mixed nuts evenly over baked crust.

Melt butterscotch chips and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and incorporate corn syrup until smooth.

Spread butterscotch mixture evenly over the nuts. Return pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
