# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Shortbread Crust

01 - 190 grams all-purpose flour
02 - 165 grams light brown sugar
03 - 113 grams unsalted butter, softened

→ Nut and Butterscotch Topping

04 - 450 grams mixed nuts
05 - 170 grams butterscotch chips
06 - 35 grams unsalted butter
07 - 120 milliliters light corn syrup

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly coat a 23 x 33 cm baking pan with non-stick spray.
02 - Combine flour, brown sugar, and softened butter in a bowl. Mix with a fork until crumbly.
03 - Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
04 - Remove the pan from the oven. Distribute mixed nuts evenly over baked crust.
05 - Melt butterscotch chips and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and incorporate corn syrup until smooth.
06 - Spread butterscotch mixture evenly over the nuts. Return pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
07 - Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
