Cheesy Grilled Asparagus Foil (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound asparagus stalks, ends trimmed
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
06 - Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
07 - 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - Grated parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
09 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high.
02 - In a large mixing bowl combine asparagus, oil, garlic, lemon juice, Italian Seasoning, salt, and pepper; toss until well combined.
03 - Lay out four large pieces of foil. Divide up the asparagus between the foil sheets and top with mozzarella cheese. Fold and seal the foil packs.
04 - Transfer prepared foil packs to the grill and cook for 13 to 15 minutes, or until asparagus is tender. Cooking time depends on the thickness of the asparagus.
05 - Remove from grill and carefully open up the foil packs. Sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with parsley. Serve.
06 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare as directed and close up the foils. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
