04 - 3 cups bread flour
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 2 tablespoons cornmeal
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - On a floured surface, press and stretch the dough into the pizza shape you like. Then, place it on a baking pan or pizza stone.
02 - Top with your choice of toppings, then pop it in a preheated oven at 500°F for about 14 minutes, or until the crust looks golden and crisp.
03 - With a stand mixer and paddle attachment, blend all the ingredients just until they come together. Let the dough sit for 10 minutes.
04 - In a mixing bowl, mix the warm water and yeast, then let it sit for 5 minutes until it gets frothy.
05 - Stir in the sugar, salt, olive oil, cornmeal, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and the bread flour into the yeast mix.
06 - Change to the dough hook and knead on low speed for about 10 minutes until it's nice and stretchy.
07 - Cover your bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough sit in a warm spot for 30 to 45 minutes, until it’s almost doubled in size.
