01 - 3 frozen chicken burger patties
02 - 3 large high-protein tortilla wraps
03 - 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 0.5 cup pizza sauce
05 - 18 slices pepperoni

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken patties and cook for approximately 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
02 - Transfer cooked chicken patties to a cutting board and slice each patty into 6 uniform strips.
03 - Arrange the 3 tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly distribute half of the shredded mozzarella along the center of each tortilla.
04 - Place 6 chicken strips onto the cheese layer on each tortilla.
05 - Spoon pizza sauce evenly over the chicken strips. Layer 6 slices of pepperoni atop the sauce on each tortilla.
06 - Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over each tortilla. Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center to enclose the filling.
07 - Heat a clean, large skillet over medium-low heat. Place the prepared wraps seam side down. Toast until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side, flipping once, until both sides are crisp and cheese is fully melted.
08 - Remove melts from skillet, place on a cutting board, and slice each in half before serving.
