Transfer cooked chicken patties to a cutting board and slice each patty into 6 uniform strips.

Arrange the 3 tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly distribute half of the shredded mozzarella along the center of each tortilla.

Place 6 chicken strips onto the cheese layer on each tortilla.

Spoon pizza sauce evenly over the chicken strips. Layer 6 slices of pepperoni atop the sauce on each tortilla.

Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over each tortilla. Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center to enclose the filling.

Heat a clean, large skillet over medium-low heat. Place the prepared wraps seam side down. Toast until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side, flipping once, until both sides are crisp and cheese is fully melted.
