# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 240 ml Greek yogurt (2% or whole milk is best)
02 - 120 g shredded cucumber, with liquid squeezed out
03 - 30–60 ml fresh lemon juice
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Kosher salt to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

08 - 560 g shredded cooked chicken
09 - 40 g finely chopped red onion
10 - 40 g chopped kalamata olives
11 - 85 g crumbled feta cheese
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley

# How to Make It:

01 - You can put the salad in pitas, on romaine lettuce, or atop mixed greens based on what you like best.
02 - Check the flavor and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed.
03 - Toss shredded chicken, red onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley in the bowl with the tzatziki until everything's coated evenly.
04 - In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
