Chopped Club Sliders Bites (Print Version)

Mini sliders with savory deli meats, crispy bacon, and crisp lettuce, layered on buttery rolls for easy crowd-pleasing bites.

# Ingredients:

→ Bread and Dairy

01 - 12 count Savory Butter Hawaiian Rolls
02 - 3 slices Colby Jack cheese
03 - Mayonnaise

→ Vegetables

04 - 2 cups lettuce, chopped

→ Meats

05 - 6 slices turkey deli meat, chopped
06 - 6 slices ham deli meat, chopped
07 - 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

→ Seasonings

08 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice rolls horizontally and separate the top from the bottom. Place 3 slices of cheese on the top portion of the rolls, and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom portion.
02 - Transfer rolls to a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, ham, turkey, and crumbled bacon. Gradually add small amounts of mayonnaise while stirring until the desired consistency is reached. Season with black pepper to taste.
04 - Spread the prepared mixture evenly onto the bottom portion of the toasted rolls. Cover with the top portion of the rolls. Serve and enjoy.
