Carefully take rolls off the skewers. Drizzle with icing or glaze if you want and serve them warm.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and ground cinnamon until it’s well combined.

Lay out the crescent or pizza dough flat on a clean surface, creating a rectangle shape.

Hold the skewers over the glowing embers. Make sure to avoid direct flames and keep turning them for about 5 to 7 minutes until they're golden all over.

Carefully slide each rolled strip onto a skewer, giving them some space in between so they roast evenly.

Slice the dough into even strips, then roll each strip tightly from end to end. You can cut them into smaller pieces if you want.

Lightly brush the top of the dough with melted butter, making sure it’s even.

Evenly spread the cinnamon sugar mix over the buttered dough.
