Grilled Cheese Classic (Print Version)

Perfectly toasted bread and melty cheese come together in this cozy, satisfying dish made in no time.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2-3 slices of your choice of cheese (like cheddar, American, or a mix)
02 - 2 tablespoons of softened butter
03 - 2 slices of your favorite bread (white, sourdough, etc.)

# Steps:

01 - Spread the softened butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
02 - Lay one slice of bread in a cool pan with the buttered side down, stack the cheese on top, and finish with the other slice (butter facing up).
03 - Set the heat to low-medium and cook slowly to make sure the cheese melts smoothly while the bread stays unburnt.
04 - Let the bottom bread toast for about 3-4 minutes or until it's a nice golden-brown color. Then carefully turn it over.
05 - Cook the top side for another couple of minutes (2-3) until golden, and the cheese is completely gooey.
06 - Before slicing, let it rest briefly so the cheese has time to settle in and won't spill everywhere.
