# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package XO Baking Co Confetti Cake Mix
02 - ⅓ cup butter, melted
03 - 2 eggs, divided
04 - 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
05 - 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
06 - Optional: 2 tbsp sprinkles

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix together the Confetti Cake Mix, 1 egg, and melted butter until fully combined. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan—it will be thick like cookie dough.
03 - In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1 egg, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture over the cake layer and gently spread it to the edges.
04 - Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sprinkles over the top for extra color and crunch.
05 - Bake for 40–50 minutes. The edges will rise and set; the center should be soft but no longer jiggly.
06 - Allow the cake to cool in the pan at room temperature before slicing. This helps the gooey center fully set.
