With a mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream until thick.

Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and gently fold until smooth.

Spoon half of the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Top with half of the cookies, slightly crushed. Repeat the layers and finish by topping with the remaining cookies.

Freeze the container for 5-6 hours or overnight. Before serving, leave the container on the counter for 5-10 minutes to soften.
