Cookie Monster Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Ice Cream Base

01 - 2 cups cold heavy cream
02 - 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
04 - 3-4 drops blue gel food coloring

→ Cookies

05 - 2 1-oz packages mini snack size Oreos
06 - 2 1-oz packages mini snack size Chips Ahoy

# Steps:

01 - With a mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream until thick.
02 - Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and gently fold until smooth.
03 - Spoon half of the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Top with half of the cookies, slightly crushed. Repeat the layers and finish by topping with the remaining cookies.
04 - Freeze the container for 5-6 hours or overnight. Before serving, leave the container on the counter for 5-10 minutes to soften.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Ensure the heavy cream is very cold before whipping for the best texture.
