01 - 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 298 grams cream of chicken soup (1 can, 10.5 ounces)
03 - 1 cup (150 grams) diced ham
04 - 8 slices Swiss cheese

05 - 1 cup (60 grams) Panko breadcrumbs
06 - 60 millilitres butter, melted

# How to Make It:

01 - Coat the interior of a 6-litre or larger slow cooker with non-stick spray or insert a slow cooker liner.
02 - Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer on the bottom of the slow cooker, then pour the cream of chicken soup evenly over the meat.
03 - Distribute diced ham over the chicken, then layer the Swiss cheese slices evenly over the top.
04 - Sprinkle Panko breadcrumbs over the cheese layer and pour the melted butter evenly over the breadcrumbs.
05 - Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3.5 to 5 hours, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
