Easter Egg Pretzel Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (11 oz) package peanut butter & milk chocolate chips
02 - 1 (11 oz) package milk chocolate chips
03 - 3 Tbsp solid vegetable shortening
04 - 1 (7.2 oz) package original flat pretzel crisps
05 - 1 cup cocktail peanuts
06 - 1 (12 oz) package Reese's Pieces Pastel Eggs
07 - Easter sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Line a large baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
02 - Melt peanut butter and milk chocolate chips with shortening in a double boiler over simmering water. Stir periodically until completely melted and smooth.
03 - Spread the pretzel crisps evenly over the pan, overlapping is fine. Sprinkle peanuts over pretzel crisps.
04 - Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the pretzels and peanuts. Use the back of a spoon or an offset spatula to spread, covering the pretzels and peanuts completely.
05 - Nestle the Reese's Pieces Pastel Eggs into the warm chocolate. Fill in with Easter sprinkles.
06 - Allow the pretzel bark to set up and harden, then break or cut into pieces.
