Easter White Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 16 ounces white almond bark or candy melts

→ Toppings

02 - ¼ cup sweetened flake coconut
03 - Green food coloring
04 - Marshmallow bunny candies (Peeps bunnies)
05 - Candy-coated chocolate eggs (such as M&Ms or Mini Cadbury eggs)
06 - Jelly beans

# Instructions:

01 - Place a piece of parchment paper on a large cutting board or baking sheet.
02 - Melt the almond bark in a glass measuring cup or small bowl. Use the defrost setting on the microwave to slow the melting process and avoid overheating. Stir every 20–30 seconds until only small pieces remain, then remove from microwave and stir until fully melted.
03 - Pour the melted candy onto the parchment paper. Use a silicone spatula to scrape out all the candy and spread it evenly to about ¼ inch thick.
04 - Place marshmallow bunnies on the candy base, followed by the coconut colored with green food coloring to resemble grass. Add candy-coated chocolate eggs and jelly beans to fill any empty spaces.
05 - Let the bark cool to room temperature. Once set, it is ready to serve.
