Sausage Cheese Balls Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 eggs
02 - 1½-2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1 pound of ground sausage

# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Toss the sausage, eggs, and cheese into a bowl. Stir it with your hands or a mixer if that's easier.
03 - Scoop 2 tablespoons of the mix for each ball to make 12 large ones. Shape them with your hands, then stick them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
04 - Pop the large sausage balls in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. They're done when they're cooked all the way through.
05 - Grab 1 tablespoon of the mix for each ball to create 24 minis. Roll them out and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
06 - Bake the mini sausage balls for about 20 minutes. They're ready when fully cooked.
