Line an 8-inch pan with wax or parchment paper. Double the recipe for a 9x13-inch pan if needed.

Gently warm the nut butter until stirrable if needed. Stir all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined.

Pour the cereal mixture into the prepared pan. Place a second sheet of parchment paper on top and press the cereal mixture down very firmly to ensure the bars hold together after slicing.

Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm enough to slice into bars. Cut into desired serving sizes.
