Garlic Butter Chicken with Parmesan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Pasta & Sauce

08 - 300g (10 oz) pasta
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
12 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
14 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, plus extra for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden. Add butter and garlic, cook 1-2 minutes more.
03 - In same skillet, melt butter with garlic. Add cream, bring to simmer. Stir in Parmesan and seasonings until thickened.
04 - Toss pasta with sauce and parsley. Top with chicken and extra parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results
02 - Can add red pepper flakes for heat
03 - Works with shrimp or tofu instead of chicken
