Garlic Butter Rollups (Print Version)

Golden rolls stuffed with stretchy cheese and coated in tasty garlic butter. Perfect for appetizers or quick snacks.

# Ingredients:

→ Rollup Ingredients

01 - Crustless slices of sandwich bread (8 pieces, white or whole wheat)
02 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
04 - Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

→ Garlic Butter

05 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted and unsalted
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - A tablespoon of fresh parsley (chopped) or a teaspoon of dried parsley
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Dip Picks (Optional)

10 - Ranch dressing
11 - Garlic and herb dip
12 - Spicy tomato ketchup
13 - Marinara

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Have a silicone mat or parchment paper on a baking tray and keep it aside.
02 - Take a rolling pin and press each bread slice flat until it’s evenly thin. This makes it easier to roll and keeps it tight.
03 - Scatter cheese (mozzarella and cheddar) over the bottom third of each bread piece. From the cheesy side, roll tightly into logs. If they don't stick, dab some melted butter on the end to seal it.
04 - Mix melted butter with parsley, salt, garlic powder, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Stir everything so the butter gets infused.
05 - On the baking tray, place the rolls with the seam touching down. Coat them heavily with the garlic butter. Bake until golden in 12–15 minutes. Air fryer alternative: Cook at 360°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes and flip halfway.
06 - After cooling briefly, enjoy the rollups warm with your fave dip.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Soft bread works best—it's easy to roll and keeps cheese inside.
02 - To keep the rollups sealed, use a tiny bit of butter as glue.
03 - Don’t go overboard on filling, or it might ooze out as it bakes.
04 - Brush on loads of garlic butter for the best crunch and taste.
05 - Try air frying for extra crispiness—it’s also quicker!
