# Ingredients:

→ Rollup Ingredients

01 - 8 slices of sandwich bread (white or wheat), crusts trimmed off
02 - 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, optional
04 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Garlic Butter Mix

05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, or 1 teaspoon dry parsley
07 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted and unsalted
08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Dipping Sauce Choices

10 - Ranch dressing
11 - Spicy ketchup
12 - Garlic herb sauce
13 - Marinara dipping sauce

# Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 375°F (190°C). Grab a baking sheet and line it with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Keep it nearby.
02 - Take each piece of bread and roll it flat and thin with a rolling pin. This will help it hold together and crisp up well.
03 - Scatter mozzarella and cheddar across the bottom of each bread slice. Start rolling from the cheese end into a log shape. To keep the roll tight, brush a bit of melted butter to seal the edges if needed.
04 - Mix your melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a small bowl. Combine everything until smooth and flavorful.
05 - Put each rolled bread with the seam down on the lined baking tray. Coat each one generously with your butter mixture. Bake them for about 12–15 minutes until the crusts turn golden and crunchy. For the air fryer, cook at 360°F (180°C) for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
06 - Cool them down slightly for a minute, then serve while still hot alongside your favorite sauce.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Go for soft bread so rolling stays simple, and the cheese won't spill.
02 - Brush some melted butter at the edge to keep the rolls shut tight.
03 - Don't overpack with cheese, or it might burst while cooking.
04 - Brush on lots of garlic butter—it adds crunch and boosts flavor.
05 - If you want an even crispier texture, try using an air fryer.
