Cheesy Garlic Burger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Dough and Topping

07 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cook beef until browned, drain. Add seasonings, cream cheese, and cheddar. Mix until melted and combined.
03 - Flatten each biscuit, add filling, seal edges and roll into balls. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
04 - Mix melted butter with Parmesan, brush over tops of bombs.
05 - Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired.
