Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 large eggs, beaten
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

→ Coating

04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko)
06 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F if baking. Pound chicken to even thickness if needed.
02 - Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in bowl. Beat eggs in separate bowl.
03 - Dip each chicken breast in eggs, then coat with Parmesan mixture.
04 - Bake 20-25 minutes or pan-fry 4-5 minutes per side until golden and 165°F internal temperature.
