→ Glaze

08 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
09 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup

# Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9x13-inch dish lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Grab a big bowl and whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and a pinch of pepper together till smooth.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet on medium. Pour in your egg mix and scramble it. Set them aside afterward.
04 - In the same pan, cook the sausage patties on medium-high until they're browned and cooked through. Let them drain on paper towels before setting them aside.
05 - Slice the Hawaiian rolls across the middle as a whole piece, without pulling them apart, and place the base layer in your sprayed baking dish.
06 - Spread 1 cup of shredded cheddar over the roll bottoms. Pile on the scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese, then cover with the roll tops.
07 - Stir together melted butter and maple syrup in a small dish. Brush this over the tops of the rolls evenly.
08 - Pop the baking dish into the oven and bake 15–20 minutes, just until the cheese gets gooey and the rolls feel warm.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Great for family breakfasts, holiday mornings, or a quick brunch. Make sure to serve them warm for the best taste!
